Located in Napa Valley Cabernet Country, The Dyer Vineyard has it’s roots deep in the famed volcanic soils of Diamond Mountain. Bill and Dawnine Dyer produce less than 300 cases a year of intense, concentrated and age worthy estate Cabernet Sauvignon and a much sought after Cabernet Franc. Bill Dyer also holds the position of Technical Director for Marimar Estate and we will be pouring their Russian River Chardonnay. James Beard recognized Chef, Chris Maher is already planning a fabulous pairing menu to pair with these wines digging deep into the Dyer’s library with vintages going back to 2005.
