SUMMARY:Cooking with Chris: Classic Indian Recipes
DESCRIPTION:“Cooking with Chris” is happening LIVE at 2pm MDST every other day on Zoom. You just have to send me an email or text (575 613 3321) in advance\, so that I can forward the link for you to click and ‘join’ us. \n  \n\nOur plan is to produce an hour long class with 3 recipes every other day\, with ingredient lists sent to those confirmed in advance\, should you want to shop (or pull from your pantry/ freezer\, etc.) in advance. Recipes will also be provided by email to take notes on during the class and of course opportunity for questions during the class.\n  \nCost per class is $19.95 and for a package of 6 classes of your choice\, $98.00.\nPayments can be made on-line through either Paypal (select pay a friend) OR mail a check. We understand that many of us are challenged financially during this current time period\, so if someone wants to participate but finds the cost prohibitive\, please contact Valerie so we can try and make it work for you.\n  \n\nIn addition to these interactive on-line\, fun (shorter format\, average one hour in length) classes\, we also are offering PRIVATE\, interactive on-line classes! Once you confirm your cuisine choice (out of about 16 different cuisines that Chris teaches) and plan the menu with us in advance and schedule the date/time – we will send the link and voila! You are with Chef Chris Maher in your kitchen and ours simultaneously\, with the ability to ask questions to your hearts content!
