Winter Wine Festival Dinner
We now have the details confirmed for our upcoming January 27th, 2023, Winter Wine Festival Dinner and are excited to announce our wine dinner, in collaboration with Frederick Wildman, importers of fine wine and spirits.
Chris is planning an incredible multi-course, wine pairing dinner that will feature mainly French wines (including Vidal-Fleury, the oldest continuously operated winery in the Rhone Valley) and a couple of incredible Italian wines as well.
As always, our dinner will be designed, paired and executed by James Beard recognized Chef, Chris Maher, of Cooking Studio Taos. There is nothing better than experiencing his brilliant cuisine paired with outstanding wines from small, sustainable world-class sites from France and Italy! The wine, cuisine, the company and stories this evening will delight all your senses!
