Our Classes & Special Events

Chris approaches cooking as art. This encourages creativity in each and every class that you will take home and use in your own kitchen, in addition to his incredible recipes that you will learn during each class. 
 
Our cooking classes are 100% hands on participation and learning covering a wide variety of cuisines.  The length of each class is approximately 5 hours, and all levels of cooks are welcome!   At the end of each class, the group will sit down and enjoy the food you have prepared together. Students have fun and walk away having learned recipes, technique and theory. Please check our schedule for on-going group classes.
 
We also host private classes throughout the week for individuals and groups, based on schedule and availability. These are wonderful as you can choose the day of the week, start time, cuisine and we custom tailor the menu with you in advance.
 
Classes on location occur in your own home kitchen all over the United States. We request a minimum of 10-16 individuals to host your own private class. Please reach out for more details and to schedule our on-location classes, dinners and private events.
